- Cumin - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Cornmeal - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Fish fillets - 4 (6-ounce) fillets
