Brain Sandwich
A traditional Midwest delicacy, this brain sandwich recipe uses pork brains, battered and fried, served on a bun with pickles and onions.

- Pork brains - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Soak the pork brains in milk for 2 hours, then drain and pat dry.
