Bourbon Glazed Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Bourbon - 1/4 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- In a small saucepan, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half.
