Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with pieces of chopped onion.
  5. Brush the skewers with oil and place them on the grill.
  6. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
