Bok Choy and Shrimp Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chopped bok choy and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the bok choy in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine with the bok choy and sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
