Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce mixture over them. Reserve the remaining sauce for later.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. While the salmon is baking, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the bok choy halves to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bok choy is tender-crisp.
  7. Pour the reserved teriyaki sauce mixture over the cooked bok choy and toss to coat.
  8. Serve the salmon fillets on a bed of bok choy and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
