Bok Choy and Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped bok choy and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the bok choy to one side of the skillet and add chilled cooked rice to the other side.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, combining the rice and bok choy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course.
