- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1 can (14 oz)
- Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, diced
- Bok choy - 4 heads, chopped
- Beef - 1 lb, thinly sliced

- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
