Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
