- Vegetable broth - 2 cups
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
- Diced tomatoes - 1 can (15 oz)
- Black beans - 2 cans (15 oz each), drained and rinsed
- Sweet potatoes - 2 large, peeled and diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
