Vegetarian Mock Duck
This is a delicious and hearty vegetarian dish that uses gluten-based mock duck in a savory sauce.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 2 cups
- Celery - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetarian mock duck - 1 can
Let's Get Started
- Drain and rinse the mock duck. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the mock duck to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water until smooth.
