Bison Burger with Avocado

- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Bison meat - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the bison meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the bison patty, tomato slices, and avocado slices.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
