Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the beef in a pan over medium heat until it's browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté each type of vegetable separately with a little bit of sesame oil. Set each aside when done.
  3. Fry the eggs in a pan over medium heat until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  4. To assemble the bibimbap, place a scoop of rice in each bowl. Arrange the cooked beef and vegetables on top of the rice. Place a fried egg on top of each bowl.
  5. Mix the soy sauce and gochujang together to make the sauce. Drizzle the sauce over each bowl before serving.
