Bibimbap in a Cup
This portable version of the classic Korean dish, bibimbap, is perfect for on-the-go meals. It features a colorful mix of vegetables, rice, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 1
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Gochujang (korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1, fried
- Ground beef - 1/4 cup, cooked
- Bean sprouts - 1/4 cup, blanched
- Spinach - 1/4 cup, blanched
- Cucumber - 1/4 cup, julienned
- Carrots - 1/4 cup, julienned
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochujang to make the sauce.
- Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a cup.
- Arrange the julienned carrots, cucumber, blanched spinach, and bean sprouts on top of the rice.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top of the vegetables.
- Place the fried egg on the beef.
- Drizzle the sauce over the ingredients in the cup.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- When ready to eat, mix all the ingredients together in the cup and enjoy!
