Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochujang to make the sauce.
  2. Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a cup.
  3. Arrange the julienned carrots, cucumber, blanched spinach, and bean sprouts on top of the rice.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the vegetables.
  5. Place the fried egg on the beef.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the ingredients in the cup.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
