- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded

- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
- Turkey breast - 4 ounces, cooked and diced
- Bell peppers - 1/2 cup, diced
