Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the meats and vegetables, and setting them out on platters.
  2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions to the broth.
  4. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
  5. Everyone can now start cooking their own ingredients in the pot. It's best to start with the meats, as they take longer to cook.
  6. Once the meats are cooked, you can start adding the vegetables and noodles.
  7. Keep the broth simmering and continue to cook and eat until all the ingredients are gone.
