Beetroot Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Mix the grated beetroot, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, and salt with the dosa batter.
  2. Heat a dosa pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the beetroot dosa batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin, round dosa.
  4. Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Flip the dosa and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the dosa from the pan and keep it warm.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve the beetroot dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
