Beef Steak with Herb Butter

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until done to your liking.
  3. While the steaks are cooking, make the herb butter. In a bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
  4. Once the steaks are done, remove them from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes.
  5. Serve the steaks with a generous dollop of the herb butter on top.
