Beef Au Jus

- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Beef broth - 4 cups
- Beef roast - 2 pounds

- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

- Cook the beef roast for about 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the beef roast from the pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Strain the cooking liquid to remove the onion, garlic, and herbs.
- Serve the sliced beef with the au jus on the side for dipping.
