  1. In a bowl, combine the sambal sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and has grill marks.
