  1. Combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce.
