BBQ Pulled Pork

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Bbq sauce - 2 cups
- Pork shoulder - 4 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce.
