Banh Mi Inspired Pork Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine julienned carrots, julienned daikon radish, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to pickle.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the marinated pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce on each tortilla wrap.
  7. Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla wrap, then add a generous amount of pickled vegetables.
  8. Top with sliced pork tenderloin, fresh cilantro, fresh mint, and fresh basil.
  9. Roll up the tortilla wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  10. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
