- Tortilla wraps - 4
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green onions - 4, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 1 cup, shredded
- Cabbage - 2 cups, shredded
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Firm tofu - 1 block, sliced into strips
