Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through, so it opens like a book.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the baguette.
  3. Drizzle the soy sauce over the mayonnaise.
  4. Layer the grilled pork, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers on the bottom half of the baguette.
  5. Fold the top half of the baguette over the fillings.
  6. Cut the sandwich into four equal parts and serve.
