Banana Oat Cookies

- Dark chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Almond butter - 1/4 cup
- Rolled oats - 1 1/2 cups
- Ripe bananas - 2
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
