Banana Foster
Bananas Foster is a classic New Orleans dessert made with bananas, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, and vanilla ice cream.

- Vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops
- Dark rum - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bananas - 2, ripe
Let's Get Started
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Add the bananas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.
