Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
This moist and delicious banana bread is loaded with chocolate chips for an extra sweet treat.

- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Ripe bananas - 3
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
