- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten

- Bami noodles - 200 grams

- Cook the bami noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, sauté the mixed vegetables and garlic until soft.
- Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan and mix well. Let the mixture cool.
- Once the noodle mixture is cool, shape it into discs.
- Dip each disc into the beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the discs in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
