- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Carrots - 1 pound, peeled and sliced

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the carrots in the olive oil and spread out on a baking sheet.
