Balsamic Glazed Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, brush the burgers with the balsamic glaze.
  5. Serve the burgers on the buns, topped with the lettuce and tomato.
