Baked Falafel Wraps
These healthy and delicious baked falafel wraps are packed with protein and fiber. They're perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tahini sauce - 1/2 cup
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, sliced
- Lettuce - 2 cups, shredded
- Whole wheat wraps - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Parsley - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chickpeas - 1 can, drained and rinsed
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
