- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, diced
- Jalapeno - 1, seeded and finely chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 1, diced
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- Cook the shrimp in boiling water until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomato sauce, cucumber, red onion, jalapeno, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Add the cooled shrimp to the bowl and stir to combine.
