  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped bird's eye chili. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Add the Thai basil leaves and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the basil leaves are wilted.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
