Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos
Spicy jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon. A perfect appetizer for any occasion.

- Bacon - 12 slices, cut in half
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Cream cheese - 8 ounces
- Jalapenos - 12, halved lengthwise and seeds removed

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
