Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
A delicious and easy to make pasta salad with crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Red onion - 1/2, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 1, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Ranch dressing - 1 cup
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Pasta - 12 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss until all the ingredients are well coated in the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled.
