Ingredients - Serves 1

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
  4. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  5. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  6. Place the cooked bacon on one slice of bread.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spread ketchup on the other slice of bread.
  9. Place the ketchup side down on top of the bacon slice to form a sandwich.
  10. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
