Bacon and Onion Rice Pilaf

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Long-grain white rice - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Bacon - 4 slices, chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
