Bacon and Egg Ramen

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.
  3. In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. While the broth is simmering, prepare soft-boiled eggs by boiling them for 6-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the eggs from the boiling water and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel and set aside.
  5. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls.
  6. Pour the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
  7. Top each bowl with crispy bacon and a soft-boiled egg.
  8. Garnish with additional green onions and chili flakes, if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
