Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

- Fresh parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Cream cheese - 4 ounces, softened
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Large mushrooms - 12

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the bacon and cheese mixture, pressing it down gently.
- Finely chop the reserved mushroom stems and sprinkle them over the stuffed mushrooms.
