- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Ketchup - To taste
- Bacon - 4 slices
- Eggs - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Pineapple rings - 4
- Beetroot slices - 8
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Shape the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
- While the patties are cooking, fry the bacon and eggs in a separate pan.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- To assemble the burgers, spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the buns. Add the lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, and cheese to the bottom bun.
