Arugula, Steak and Blue Cheese Salad
A delicious and filling salad with steak, blue cheese, and arugula
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Blue cheese - 1/2 cup
- Arugula - 4 cups
- Steak - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season steak with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.

- Let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
