Apricot Crumble Pudding

- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Apricots - 500g, pitted and halved
