Apple Mash
A sweet and tangy side dish that's perfect for fall. The apples are cooked until soft, then mashed with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg.

- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Apples - 4 large, peeled and cored
