Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough and the potato mixture into equal portions.
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough into a small circle. Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center and bring the edges together to seal it.
  5. Flatten the dough ball and roll it out into a circle again, taking care not to let the filling spill out.
  6. Heat a tawa or griddle and place the paratha on it. Cook on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Apply some ghee on both sides while cooking.
  7. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
