Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead to form a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough and the potato mixture into equal portions.
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough into a small circle. Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center and bring the edges together to seal it.
  5. Flatten the dough and roll it out again into a larger circle.
  6. Heat a pan and place the paratha on it. Cook on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Apply some ghee on both sides while cooking.
  7. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
