Let's Get Started

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the tofu cubes and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot as an appetizer or add to your favorite stir-fry or salad.
