Air Fryer Tofu
Crispy and flavorful tofu made in the air fryer.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cooking spray - As needed
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block
Let's Get Started
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the tofu cubes and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or add to your favorite stir-fry or salad.
