  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, then into the milk mixture, and finally into the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Lightly spray the cauliflower florets with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the florets and air fry for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
