Air Fryer Pancakes
These fluffy and delicious pancakes are made in the air fryer for a quick and easy breakfast.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the greased air fryer basket for each pancake. Leave space between each pancake.
- Cook the pancakes in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until all pancakes are cooked.
- Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
