Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  6. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the greased air fryer basket for each pancake. Leave space between each pancake.
  7. Cook the pancakes in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter until all pancakes are cooked.
  9. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
