Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooking spray - As needed
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 2, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Yellow onions - 2 large, sliced into rings

- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip each onion ring into the beaten egg, then coat it in the flour mixture.

- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
