Air Fryer Fish and Chips
This crispy and delicious air fryer fish and chips recipe is a healthier twist on a classic favorite. The fish is coated in a flavorful batter and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, while the chips are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 large, cut into fries
- Milk - 1 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- White fish fillets - 4 fillets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and milk.
- Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
